8th CLaSS RESULT 2024: Okara district has large number of public and private schools. All those students who appeared in this year grade 8 annual exams will be able to check their 8th class rESUlT 2024 on 31 March, 2024. PEC will declare the results of tehsils Depalpur, Okara and Renala Khurd on the same date.
The district is divided into three tehsils named as Depalpur, Renalakhurd and Okara city. According to the census of 1998, the population of the district is 2,232,992. There is a variety of Punjabi dialects found in the district as it is located on Lahore Multan route, the accent changes from Majhi to Rajasthani. The city has a vast history and is ruled by every invader of India due to its agricultural importance. Surrounding cities are Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Renala Khurd, Deaplpur and Basripur. The city has many shrines of Muslim Sufis including Hazarat Sufi Manzoor Ahmad Sabri which is located in Muhala Ghazi Abad in Okara. Also there is Syed Shabbir Ali Shah’s shrine as well.
There are many educational institutes both public and private are working in the region. Many schools and degree colleges are serving the inhabitants with the quality education.
