8th class resuLT 2024: All the students of 8th Class who has appeared this year in PEC annual exams which was conducted in February, will be able to check their 8th clasS ReSULT 2024 from official website of PEC on March 31, 2024. The students of tehsils Alipur, Jatoi, Kot Addu and Muzaffargarh will also be able to check their marks on the same date.
The region is located at almost center of Pakistan. The area is flat and perfect for agriculture. There are many mango and citrus farms in the region as well. Due to the river flowing by its side, the land is ideal for cultivation. The major crops of the region are Wheat, cotton and sugarcane. Other minor crops include Rice, bajra, jawar, pulses, maize and oil seeds. Mangoes, citrus, dates and pomegranate are the prominent fruits of the region. The climate of the district is arid which means mild winters and extreme summers. The highest recorded temperature of the district is 54 degree Celsius. The dust storms occur regularly in the region.
The education system is quite underdeveloped and least work has been done in this region. Only Virtual University has its campus in the district though there are schools and colleges in the district to facilitate the basic education.
