Board has a responsibility to conduct exams in Sahiwal as well as to its all jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of board includes District: Okara District, Sahiwal District and Pakpattan District. Board is responsible to conduct exams of both intermediate and secondary level every year. board is also fulfilling a responsibility of organizing both private and regular candidates at a same time. Board is working with an aim to make education system better and more transparent as it was before.

Board of intermediate and secondary education Sahiwal board is going to announce schedule of intermediate part-2 exams for the examination year 2024. th class board will organize exams in a month of April or May 2024.
It is compulsory for all candidates to get passed in these exams in order to get promoted in next level.
